Elmeridge
was founded in 1987 by Des Smith and Simon
Rycroft who had previously had an extensive record both of supplying
and purchasing cables for major companies, including Balfour Kilpatrick,
BICC, ABB Group and Edmundson Electrical.
Today, Elmeridge provides a comprehensive cable
diagnosis, design and manufacturing service
for applications, such as rail, marine/subsea, construction, power,
voice/data/image transmission as well as mechanical handling, lifts
and other mobile uses.
Elmeridge's customers
have included regional electricity companies, National Railway Supplies,Onyx
Selchp, British Airways, Dover Harbour Board, ICI, Nuclear Electric,
Brown & Root, BBC, Cleanaway, GEC Marconi, Smiths Industries,The
Rover Group and many other companies, big and small. |
