Elmeridge Quality - Letters from Link-up

	In a Letter to Des Smith of Elmeridge, congratulating the company on its achievement and enclosing the Qualification Scheme Award, Charles Smith of Link-up Supply Chain Services Ltd. said that Elmeridge Cables Ltd. would now appear on the database of qualified suppliers held by Link-up's customers across the rail industry.
Attached to the letter was a histogram chart showing the score Elmeridge had achieved for each assessed criterion, the average score of other companies engaged in the same activity, and the maximum score that could be achieved. In many cases Elmeridge's score was the highest score possible and in most others they scored significantly above the industry average.
