Application
For the connection of mobile equipment and machines under very
high mechanical loads in dry and damp areas, outdoors and in explosion
hazard areas, particularly in mining and industry, quarries and
building sites. The single-core design is also suitable as a robust
connection cable for welding equipment. NSSHOEU cables can be laid
in fixed positions e.g. in provisional constructions or at building
sites as well as in conveyor systems and machines. Reeling systems
with guided cables generally require special cable designs with
additional features differing from the NSSHOEU standard.

Construction
Single-core design : Fine stranded copper conductor (class
5 according to VDE 0295) insulation of heat resisting 3G13 rubber
compound on EPR basis, outer sheath of chlorinated rubber compound
5GM5, yellow, abrasion proof, notch-resistant, oil-resistant and
flame retardant.
Multi-core design : Fine stranded copper conductor (class
5 according to VDE 0295) insulating covering of heat resisting 3G13
rubber compound on EPR basis, up to 5 cores coloured, thereafter
black with number imprint, stranded cores, inner sheath of GM1 b
rubber compound, outer sheath of chlorinated rubber compound 5GM5,
yellow, abrasion proof, notch-resistant, oil-resistant and flame
retardant.
